IN DISTRESS LONG SLEEVE CROP TOP - Blue

I love the top, I really do. But what I want to know is, why when I put it on the sleeves are literally puffy, they aren’t slim/flat like the photo with the girl wearing it, my sleeves aren’t like that, when I put it on this morning the sleeves were puffy and all that, they looked nothing like the photo where the girl was wearing it before I got it. I’ve tried pulling the sleeves to stretch it out because I though it might’ve been squished together, that didn’t work so please why does it look fluffy around the sleeves and not slim/flat like the photo with the girl wearing it before I got this item. Please let me know. Thank you
